Happy Call Pan works with a logic of a pressure cooker, patented silicon gasket and one-touch button magnetic locking systems which ensures cooking is hassle free, faster and healthier. With the pan having 3 layers of ceramic + titanium durable non-stick coating, it actually speeds up the cooking process and produce healthier dishes with enhanced flavour too.

Notes before using:

When used first, the product may give off a little smoke and
smell. this is a normal case and has no effect on your product.
Wash the product with a dishwasher detergent and a sponge or
soft cloth before your first use of it.
Fully rub and make the product slick at first with frying
oil or margarine over a low heat, and then start to use it.
This will form a film over the coated surface enhancing the
slickness and solidity.

Notes after using:

If you burn the pan over a high heat or use it for a long
time without washing out any oily smears or stains after cooking, its cleanup
may not be possible
Wash out any oily stains or smudges right after cooking
This flat pan is a cooking appliance. Do not use it for
other purposes except cooking.
If you find any food burnt and stuck on the coated bottom
inside the pan while using it, you may put it in the warm water for about 10
minutes when the heat of the pan has cooled down, and then clean it up with a
dishwasher detergent by using a soft sponge or cloth.
Do not use any metallic cooking tools such as sharp tools or
rough scrubbers.
Be careful of any damage to the coated film
The pan close and unattended with food contained in it will
cause corrosion to the coating.
Keeping the pan in a highly humid place will also become a
cause of corrosion so be careful of this.
After each use, it is advisable to clean the pan by simply
wiping it clean with a paper towel rather than washing in water.

Notes during using:

Any impact on the pan made by abrupt turnover of the handles
may break the connection between both parts of the pan
Do not directly heat up the magnetic part of the pressure
handles or scratch the part with rough metal scrubbers or any metal pieces and
such during cleanup
Please be mindful of such case. The magnetic efficiency may
lower to weaken the pressure.
Do not touch anything but the safety handle in any case when
the pan remains in a heated state during use. There is a risk of burns.
If you put something with moisture in the pan while frying
oil boils inside the container or the pan is in a heated state during use, oil
may splash. This may cause burns or a fire.
Make sure to use the pan beyond the reach of children and
prohibit any children under the age of 15 from using it.
Never heat the pan in an empty state
If the pan is heated in an empty state without food or with
food containing low moisture over high heat, its performance may lower due to
some malfunction such as stains on the surface of the coating, etc.
Do not leave the product alone unattended while using it,
and make sure to turn off the fire when you have to step out during your
cooking.
The food can burn or the product may suffer damage due to
overheat.
Make sure if the pan sits well on the center of the spider,
the pan will fall down to the floor.
This may be a cause of burns or breakage.
Never try to move the pan while the pan is open or in a
heated state after cooking. It is dangerous.
Do not leave the cooked food on the gas stove.
When the pan is filled with hot foor, it is dangerous to
move the pan.
When cooking, it takes much time for the pan to conduct the
heat to the food if excessively stuffed with food materials, which makes it
hard for each material to give its own flavor to the dish as falling into a
state as if it was steamed.
